Your Tucson Source for Furnished and Unfurnished Rental Assistance

RENTERS   Check out our current listings for both furnished and unfurnished homes and then contact us for a showing.  We manage several hundred homes in Tucson and can find what you are looking for.

APARTMENT RENTERS  Finding the right apartment community that matches your lifestye and budget can be time consuming.  We know the Tucson apartment market.  Let us help you find your perfect home.

PROPERTY OWNERS  With a history of managing single family and small investment properties in Tucson since 1981, Fort Lowell Realty and Property Mangement is your source for management needs in Tucson.

We are a full-service property management and real estate company in the heart of Tucson.  Fort Lowell Realty has served the Tucson community since 1981.  As seasoned professionals we are dedicated to providing the finest service available.  The role of a real estate agent is to guide you through the buying or selling process, taking the time to make sure you understand every step of the transaction. The role of a property manager is to preserve your property value and earn the best return possible on your real estate investment.  We are absolutely committed to fulfilling your needs with the highest level of professionalism, expertise and service. Our commitment to your satisfaction is the foundation from which a solid business relationship is built.

If you are an Investor, come to us first.  Our specialty is property management and because of our expertise, we are uniquely qualified to help investors buy or sell residential real estate.  We have a list of investors who want to buy new properties and also another group who are interested in selling rental properties to homebuyers or other investors.  Call us first before buying investment property; we can help you find a residential property in a good rental area.  Realtors who don’t have property management experience may inadvertently misguide investors because they are unfamiliar with the rental marketplace.  A “good buy” may not be a good rental.

We realize that people do business with people they trust.  We are committed to establishing a long-term relationship based on trust by providing the best service for you, the client. We pride ourselves on being knowledgeable and staying current with changes in the industry that will affect the success of your real estate venture. We constantly research the market and property values so your home is priced effectively for rent or sale from day one.  We market your property for sale or lease through local media as well as through our Tucson Visitors Bureau to attract potential renters and buyers from other parts of the country as well.  Your hard work has enabled you to purchase real estate and we feel the responsibility to pursue the right solution enthusiastically.

We have added a new service for tenants and owners called PayClix.  Now payments for rent can be made on-line or by telephone with e-checks.  Owners can also make deposits to their accounts using PayClix.
